Presenters must register and pay by 31 January 2019.

All other delegates must register and pay by 30 June 2019.

Fees*

Before 24 April 2019 (EXTENDED EARLY-BIRD RATE!): Regular 1150 zł.; Student 700 zł.

After 24 April 2019: Regular 1400 zł.; Student 850 zł.

Fee includes refreshments, light lunch and conference materials

(*All fees are in Polish Zloty)

Please note: there is no refund of conference fee if the withdrawal was after June 21.

ICDS kindly asks you to double-check whether your bank adds a fee for making an international bank transfer. If this is the case, please add the international transfer fee to the conference fee, as appropriate to the bank in question.

We would like to inform you that you can make a payment through transferwise.com or revolut.com without additional transfer fees, from Monday to Friday.

If you require a receipt, this will be addressed to the person who does the bank transfer. For example, it is not possible to pay from a personal account and expect a receipt made out to a company or university. In addition, if you wish to receive a receipt, you must inform us immediately after you make the transfer, by emailing info@dalcroze-studies.com. We will send a copy of the receipt in pdf to the e-mail address given during registration. A printed copy will be available for collection at the conference in 2019.

PAPERS AND PRESENTATIONS

Have you presented a paper at a previous ICDS? If so, please upload your text using the form below, so there is a record of your contribution and others can access it. You can also add slides and handouts, if appropriate.

All uploads must be in PDF. We also ask that you upload a cover image which we can use to feature your presentation with, the dimensions of which should be 1000 pixels x 667 pixels in JPG, JPEG or PNG format.

Please note the presentation you upload must be the version presented at the conference. If you wish to direct users to a subsequent revision or publication, please include this as a link in the PDF.
