Submission deadline: 15 November 2024
Early registration opens: 1 February 2025
Presenters register and pay by: 31 March 2025 (extended until April 7th)
Late registration: 8 April – 10 June 2025
Conference dates: 28–31 July 2025

Conference dinner: €75
Terms of Registration and Payment

The registration of participation is binding

In case of cancelation, 80% refund will be granted until 30 days prior to the start of the conference

The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 14 days following submission of the registration (and not later than 30 days before the start of the conference)

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fees are received

The conference programme may be subject to changes

Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registration remains valid if the conference has to be postponed
Photo & Media Release Policy
This event will be recorded via audio/video and photograph for scholarly, archival, and publicity purposes. By attending the event, you grant the event organizers (the ICDS board, scientific committee, and University of Luxembourg) full rights to use the images created in photo/video recordings, as well as any reproductions or adaptations of the images for promotion or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online advertizing, social media and press releases. If you do not wish to be photographed/filmed, please inform the event organizer.
